Note: Due to the COVID 19 issues, the price will NOT be increased by $50 on April 1, 2020. New dates will be determined.

The options below include costs for July 3 to 6, 2021

All include the basic cost of registration which includes access to the place of the event, a packet for the Conference with a bag, notebook, name tag, promotional materials and Brazilian food on the opening night.

If you book a hotel through this site, your breakfast and transportation will be included. (Transportation: from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the Convention center and back during the Global Women's Conference and back to the airport after the Women's Conference or BWA Celebration.)

Installment plans are available below but may only be used for registration package OR the extra nights, not both. If you choose the installment plan, you will pay a deposit of 50% now and the last 50% will come off of your credit automatically on July 15, 2020.

You will have a choice:

1.  Buying food from the food trucks which will be available on the conference center site. The food trucks will offer fast food options (hamburgers, etc) and snacks.

OR

2. Prepaying for the full meal option as described below.  This will be served in a buffet format for those who prepay for this option.

You can include extra days to arrive before the event or to stay during the BWA Congress. 

Transportation will be provided from the airport if you arrive early for tours or a mission opportunity. It will also be provided between the hotel and conference center during the BWA Congress (July 7-10, 2021) and back to the airport

Below you will tabulate how many extra nights you will need. In the calculation, please do NOT include the 3 nights already included above during the Women's Conference from July 3-6. Also, please note that roommates will NOT be assigned for your extra nights if you come early or stay during the BWA Congress. If you would like a roommate, please make arrangements directly with that person for the extra nights or else book the cost of a full room and have your roommate pay you the difference.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WANT TO PAY BY INSTALLMENT PACKAGE: YOU CAN ONLY USE THE INSTALLMENT PLAN ON EXTRA  NIGHTS OR ON YOUR REGISTRATION PACKAGE. PLEASE CHOOSE WHICH ONE. We are sorry this registration site does not allow both. If you do both, the credit card company may flag your card for FRAUD and you won't be able to make your payment.  

The installment package is two installments. The second payment will be automatically taken off your credit card on July 15, 2020.

How many extra nights do you need, not including the 3 nights from July 3-6, 2021?

Please note that if you have booked your rooms here for the BWA Celebration, you will still have to register with BWA Celebration to attend that conference. Register at www.bwario.org.

Cancellation policy: Registration fees will be refunded only when written request is received by email to [email protected]. If you cancel within 6 months of registering, an administration fee of $25 will apply to each cancellation. After 6 months, a fee of $60 will apply. We regret that cancellations made after March 30, 2021 will result in the loss of the entire registration fee.

BWA Women will issue an invitation only after you have completed the Global Conference of Baptist Women registration process and have made the first payment. Please supply the requested information below and allow 2-3 weeks to receive your invitation letter for your visa appointment. To ensure your participation, please apply for your visa in sufficient time before the event.

PHOTOS

Photos will be taken at the conference for the purposes of sharing with the world what God is doing at the conference. These will be shared digitally through social media, website, e-letters, and videos. Photos will also be available for your purchase.

If you do not agree, please contact [email protected] with a photo of yourself so we can cull pictures with you in it. WIthout this, we cannot take the responsibility if your picture is included. Thank you!
